Large Format Paper? Self Printing 12by12 Question

OK, I know, I know, I know what my options are for printing and I've been salivating over a wide format printer. (So no this is not one of those questions)

While at Office Depot, I realized they didn't carry ANY wide format photo paper. I know that our Best Buy has carried Espon's 12 by 12 paper at least at one point and time. Wal-mart here doesn't carry it and neither does Target.

So, for those of who have a wide format printer, what do you print onto and where do you get it???? I certainly don't want to spend the money on the printer if I can't get the supplies to print.

CompUSA carries some. I've also seen some at Staples. You can usually find it at specialty camera/photo stores, too. Then there's always the online route...

I have the Canon i9900 and I usually will buy my 13x19 Canon paper through Newegg, as I have found them to have the best price, more often than not, even with shipping (which is fedex so I get my stuff incredibly fast!).

I buy my 13x19 Epson photo quality inkjet paper online from Atlex. I pay about $25 for 100 sheets.

Thanks for the resources- and please keep any additional resources avail.

My first thought was CompUSA- what's that? LOL Unlike most around here, I know what it is and that they exist. I live in rural Texas- we're lucky in that we have a Staples and Office Depot in the two biggest towns around here. Staples, however, I don't think carries the large format paper.

So, for me, it's a trip to the big city or order online. I'm just glad to know that there are some resources. And the pricing is very helpful THANKS

I am very lazy and work in a large city. My office is right on top of a Staples. I know I can get stuff cheaper elsewhere but there is nothing like running down and being back at my desk in 5 minutes. Anyway, my Staples does carry large format paper but even better, they have said they will get in whatever I want no problem. So you can probably have your local Staples do the same? That won't satisfy your "must have large paper in the next ten minutes or die feeling" but if you plan far enough ahead you should be good to go! Yes, I do know that Staples is not the cheapest place around but I factor in the convenience.

Best price I have found on Canon paper has been at Micro Center in Northern VA. They also have a website and will ship although I must admit I haven't priced it online there.
