Just incase anyone wants to know for future use... the Wacom Intuos3 has about 3,000points of pressure. The Graphire has half that. Great if you use Adobe Photoshop CS or Corel Painter 8 or 9.

Those neat little buttons on the side are pretty handy. You can use them to zoom and scroll and there is also the shift, alt, and command(ctrl) buttons and space bar. If you use shortcuts, you'll really love those! Huge time savers in my book!

Plus if you use brushes, you can purchase the new 6-D pen that you can use with the Intuos3. It can do amazing things, like twist - just like turning a brush! It's so amazing!
It all depends on your needs. I recommend the Intuos3 any day - I had the Intuos2 for a year (9x12) and I love my 3 (9x12 also) but I have the work space for it and a true wide screen (20") monitor so it just works best for me. If you have a small desk or travel with your tablet, go with the 6x8. The 4x5 is still better than a mouse and helps if you have carpel tunnel syndrome, but it makes for a lot more work than the 6x8.

Have fun!
