I've got nothing but good things to say about whcc too - their quality is fantastic and their customer service???? AWESOME. They walked me through setting up my account and held my hand through the entire FTP process, not once but twice. And just the other day, they let me get 5 more free test prints done because I recently got a new computer and monitor and wasn't sure about my color management.

They ROCK.

i love WHCC

i have been using WHCC for about a year now. i think they are fantastic and the 12x12 pages are 3.60. normally it takes 2 days to get to my door, i have never had one take longer than 3 days. they have several different textures to choose from as well. if there is ever a problem with the resolution or anything like that they have called me and discussed it with me if i still wanted them to print it or if i wanted to change something on my page and resubmit it. they are awesome!

I would love to know which photo lab you are with, if you can PM me later. i got fed up with walmart when they started slicing my negatives in half, and need to find someplace that doesn't challenge that the images I want to print are mine.

I have only heard of people not printing the picture when it has a copyright stamp on the back. I really don't understand how they can tell you your picture is too professional looking and they can't print it? Is there a law I don't know about?

Unless you are just printing a few things here or there.. I would just invest in a good quality photo printer and just print at home yourself. There are some very nice printers out there for cheap money.. you could save yourself a lot and have total control this way!

Good Luck!
