I have been very pleased with the quality of prints when using the Canon Glossy Pro paper but it is rarely on sale. The Canon Matte Photo paper is quite a bit less expensive but don't know how it compares in terms of print quality. Anybody tried it?

Has anyone tried printing with other brands of printer paper and been pleased with the results?

What about the new Epson Art Matte Scrapbook Photo Paper on the Canon printer?

I'd stay away from paper from other manufacturers.. they rarely give good results. I have been very happy printing on Ilford printasia paper.. you can find it at compusa and occasionally BJ's.. good luck
