Where do you get those cute little ladies for your avatar?

Those are the cutest little people that a lot of you have! And, how did you design such a cute little square? Where.....How?????? Can anyone tell me?

Yeah, those avatars are the cutest things, aren't they?
Mine was made by hunibuni, I just went to her site, though, and I can't find the avatar link anymore. I don't know whether she still does them.
Also, I think, that Clara Wallace from matterofscrap is doing them as well.
