3d photo album and 12X12 Scanning software?

First, I apologize for posting here, but I feel that this section gets read the most.

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone uses any of these two softwares and can post a review:

1.) Panorama: I think that is the name, it is for 12X12 scanning on a 8.5 X11 scanner. Has anybody used it? Does it work most of the time or do you feel like you spend too much time trying to match up the scanning in halves? Is the quality of the completed stiched together product good? If you are a MACintosh user especially: Have you had any problems using the software?

2.) 3D album: Are the graphics nice? Do you find it useful? Are projects made with it easy to share with others who have, or dont' have, the program. I am really a Mac user and use iPhoto/iMovie/iDVD, but I saw an add for 3D and it looked kind of cool. Is it like Flip album? Better? Worse? I have a PC also, which I rarely use, but will use more if it is worth it.

Thanks for any and all help!!

3D Album???

Did you ever receive any additional information on 3D album, I am also curious to see which would be better this program or Flip album? Please advise. Love your avatar - by the way.

Thanks,
Lissette

:(

No, I never did. I think I might have to bite the bullet and just purchase the softwares and try them myself. The scanning software has a trial that I will use, but the other does not. I hope maybe someone else has some experience to share.
