Question Newbie with another question

Hello again. I will try to explain this as best I can.

I love to create graphics but often I don't use them. I love the creativity this site has and the help offered. However, I am a bit lost so to speak. Mainly, I just want to create. I like making things and seeing what others can do with them.

Now, again I am new to the whole scrap book thing. Is there a veteran scrapper that is willing to mentor? lol. You see I am the kind of person that needs a starting point and then I will ALWAYS, lol take off in another direction . Not always a bad thing either. So, I guess what I am trying to say is.............Are there any basic templates for the tags, elements, frames. You know the kit 'essentials' kinda. If I could use a template to know what size and/or proportion I am to use I can then just start playing and hopefully be able to offer others some stuff to play with.

I hope this makes sense. I just enjoy making and sharing.

There is a group here that gets together in the chat every once in a while to learn how to make kits together. I think they have a yahoo group called elementkitgang (or something along those lines). Look in the elements forum - I know they have more info there!
As for templates - I dont know or any. The only thing that you need to make sure you do is follow the element submission guideline if you want to share them here (I am pretty sure they are in the elements forum area too!).
Hope that helps! Good luck!
