I emailed customer service today about my member account (all wonky because I forgot about having two different email addresses...d'OH!!!!). Anyway, within 10 minutes of me sending the email, I had a response along with the info I needed to send them.

I can only imagine what the past couple of weeks have been like for them - and I really appreciate all the work that goes into running this huge-o-mongo site!!!!!!

Particularly agree withthe feeling of not being able to get my "fix" of SBB
The feeling that it was just me or that I was missing something !
My husband was always saying ...just stay away for a few days till its up and running...
