I did receive an email last night from mypublisher. They apologized and said there was something wrong with the file I uploaded, could I check it and re upload. I wonder if it was because I didn't have a picture on the cover. I went ahead and uploaded again after placing a photo on the cover. I will keep you posted.
I still haven't seen the place were it says 180 DPI, but the canvas I started with was 1040 by 1530 which was their reccommended size.
If this doesn't work this time I will probably order from dotphoto.com, which is where I have all my layouts printed anyway. The only problem is after 20 pgs it is $1.99 per page instead of $.99.
