The last book that I ordered, (this Tuesday) I sized every page the 2040 x 1530. They all fit in the full bleed rectangle with no cropping. I used a layout for the title page, but left the cover blank. I hope it all turns out okay, I was trying to get my order in before the 15th for arrival before X-mas as I created this book for a friend who is planning on giving it to her in-laws.

Let me know how it turns out with the title page being a LO. Because the most recent info on the site says it can be text only- yet the last book I did with them in October I used a LO on the first page.... Have you (or anyone else) either received your books since the last update, or gotten notice it is on its way? Mine was shipped Friday- I am so excited to see it~!

Sindea, I will let you know-BTW when did you order? I am getting a little worried. The last time I ordered I received the book on Friday after ordering Sunday. I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet. I also used a picture for my title page last time I ordered. I must not have the updated bookmaker

I ordered late night on the 14th, so they sent me notice late night on the 17th.... I was surprised! Yes, the updated software had it so I could not even replace the first page with a LO.... Keeping fingers crossed!!!

Okay, I am not getting a good feeling, I ordered early am on the 14th and haven't heard anything. Probably not a good sign. Will keep you posted.

try calling in the morning- but you may have to really bug them as they do not call back well!

I would definitely call them if you have not heard anything....that is what happened to me...they never emailed or called...when I finally got a hold of someone they told me "your order is being processed we are jsut running a little behind..."....6 days later I still heard nothing and called again then was told.."Oops it looks like there was a problem with your files...we had to delete your book..."....and I NEEDED this book for a show I was dping....

when I asked why I was not notified that there was a problem they said" we get so many fake orders that we just delete files that are corrupt...." apparently good customers are not taken care of well...which is why I would never use them again......

just an FYI....

Jill- I remembered you saying that- that is awful! But also weird, since you pay up front, how could the get fake orders? freaky...
