I'm not too happy with some of the photos I used.. but it's my fault for using a few low res image. But I've shown them to a few people at work, and they still loved them. I can't wait to give them as gifts.

Glad you like your books- bummer about a few low res pics.... I like the first book from them, just wish they had explained their sizing better...

As for their customer service- the first time in October they were great, called me back within minutes. This time, p-shaw. I don't think they were prepared for the popularity.

I had 3 different gift books printed and was pleased. Re Customer Service - when I first started book and needed assistance I couldn't get ANY response so had to plunk along and hope for best. This is a definite area they need to work on, but the quality of the product was great!

my experience

I just used them for the first time this year. A had all my LO saved at 300 and had to change to 180 because they won't even upload to the site if they are at 300 now. They look fine at 180 and overall I was pleased with my books and especially the speed with which they got them to me. Unless, they changed it last week-mine were edge to edge printing.

When I first had trouble uploading I emailed them and got a pretty quick response that way.

I've had two books printed through My Publisher and was pretty pleased. The quality is great for the price, but I have to agree with others about their poor customer service. They really need to work on that!

LULU DOT COM 30 pages under 10 dollars

You want a good scrapbook publisher? Go to lulu dot com. I haven't had anything published there myself, but know others who have with good results. They do 8.5 x 11. I wish they did square books.....but 30 pages for under 10!!! I couldn't get just the pages printed for that. Cheap cheap cheap.

Hi guys, I'm soooo new here. There's another potential competitor (though very small as it is a home business). The books are Hard Cover and have a custom cover with a picture. It's at ScraplessScrapbook dot com. Yes, it is my business and it's like i said a home business I started almost 4 years ago. And I'm NOT taking orders right now. I catered to individuals who knew nothing of digital scrapbooking and now I'm thinking about going 100% digital customers only. I'd love to know what you think as experts in this field. I do dabble in it a bit and am not even half as good as most people out there but my specialty is in hand binding the books.

I'm also looking for work/stay-at-home-moms who may be interested in working with me doing the design aspect of the books. Not many only a couple. This business in at the ground floor right now with huge potential as you will see when you take a peek at my website. I'm NOT taking orders right now as my goal is to get everything organized again after the birth of my 3rd and LAST baby a year ago!! Well, I hope you guys can give me some ideas or suggestions. The website is quite crude and raw as I am so not a web designer but most of the information is there. Please let me know what you think! Thanx Lawana
