I need some advice for binding them together.... The top part and the bottem part are two seperate sheets of 8x10 size sheets. I am looking for a nice, inexpensive, but not cheap looking way to put them together. Thanks for your help! :-)

I am sure if you went into staples, kinkos, etc they could do it for you cheaply.
