The death of a Zero Comment Layout

Don't be shy. Point out a layout you've done that no one ever commented on, and you just don't understand why. Many times, it's the timing or the keywords you've used, and not so much the layout itself. We all know the feeling you get from a not-so-well received layout that you poured yourself into, and I for one would like to get rid of those feelings across the board! So, again, don't be shy. Post your favorite "zero-comment" layout here, and then follow it up by commenting on some of the others that were posted here. It will brighten up someone's day for sure.

Here is mine. The pictures aren't of the best quality in the world, but I really did like the layout, and, come on, it's baseball, our nation's pasttime. No baseball layout should go without a comment.

Rob--I love your idea! And I agree. Here's mine because the value of extended family in a child's life cannot be appreciated enough.

Fun idea!

Here is mine. My DH is so obsessed with his lawn, that he had to help out with this layout since the pictures were of his pride and joy (I had to point out to him that the pictures are really of his DD). Anyway I thought it turned out very cute!

Neat!

Rob, what a perfect idea that you've suggested...thank you!! I think most can agree what a bummer it is when you receive zero or very few comments on something you've worked diligently on. This layout only received one comment when I first posted it. The "cut paper" effect is something I saw in a magazine and was pretty happy that I was able to recreate it digitally.

Thanks again Rob!

I've got two in my gallery . They were two of the first pages I ever did (even though I posted them a bit later) and I don't really like them. I've thought about deleteing them but I just haven't.

What a fun thread. It is always so interesting to see what layouts in my gallery other people find comment-worthy. I don't always agree lol. Of course I think all of my layouts should have 35! ROFLOL.

Flip side of the coin...one way to get comments is to leave comments. I try to make a habit of visiting the gallery of all the folks who comment on my layouts. It's sort of my preferred comment etiquette because I simply do not have the time to go through and comment on every layout that comes in. My pet peeve is people who post layouts, and expect comments, but don't take the time to make comments. Just sayin......
