But when I go to the downloads section and view "new member submissions" there is nothing there. I am a member so I was expecting everything to look the same more or less. Can someone please advise me? Today is NOT the day I want to be cut off from these downloads (really hoping I can do some mistletoe scrapping later tonight). Thanks to anyone who can steer me in the right direction.

P.S. SBB knows I am a member as it has sent me a "Welcome Member" e-mail so I don't think that that is the problem.

Ooh yeah that stinks. I would ask that you be a little patient as the admin gets things set up - but for sure I would send an email to admin @ scrapbookbytes.com or use the contact form just as a heads up!

I get the same message, and I also received my confirmation of membership e-mail. No response from the e-mail sent when using the comment button.

please be sure when contacting us about the members you provide you username and emial here at the site as well the email you use when purchased as some of you use different email accounts then the site and were not able to match them up. We have attempted to contact those users via the store ; but please send a note to customer service as Dianne noted

...but they told me to sign out and then sign back in and viola! they were there. There is nothing listed though under new member submissions so at first I was confused, but the other downloads are there. I think they just don't have any new submission yer?.? HTH, more than confuses.

I thought that when it was announced you'd have to pay for membership, that they mentioned that people who contributed kits and elements would be given a membership due to their contributions.

Did they change that to require that everyone pay for membership? I just want to make sure I'm not misunderstanding....

Well of course being the procrastinator that I am I waited till the last day or so I thought and then tried to buy a membership but couldnt get it to go thru cause we had an old paypal account that I couldnt remember the password to ....So I created a new screen name one not associated with the pay pal account and then used that to pruchase the membership It went thru and gave me a confirmation number but I am not on the member list nor did i get an emai


OHHH I am so frustrated LOL
Some one will help me Im sure I sent an email to the "contact us " Address...............

No I just have to sit and wait something Im not good at

I was not able to join by Dec. 10 because I've been away from the board, and on Friday, Dec. 10 when I tried to join, my password would not get me i nto the system. I fiddled around for an hour or so and then gave up.

So -- today, I went in and made the $50. donation, which I assumed would give me access to the member's area.

There is nothing in my e-mail, although my purchases came through. Still, I get the message that I do not have permission to access the members' area.

Help?
