How to make papers look torn in DIP 9?

Can anyone help me here? I am just beginning to dig. scrap and I LOVE it. But, I am finding my LO's all look very basic. I would love to be able to transfer some paper techniques I love to the computer. One of those is tearing??? I cant figure out how to do that. I would appreciate any help any one can give me. Thanks so much,

Danielle

Here is a tut from ShelleyRae Torn Paper Tutorial

What I do is use the designer edge feature and the rough torn after I get it the way I want it then I copy the torn page, fill it with a slightly darker (or lighter) than the orginal, and add some texture to it (so it doesn't look so flat). Then I put it behind the original and filp it so the edges don't really match. Here is an example of what I am talking about Torn Paper.

Hope this Helps
