hi - this is my first time in a forum and also the first time I am trying digital scrapbooking. I have a problem with some of the files I have downloaded as when I try to drag them across it says the file layers are locked. How do I unlock them?

What program are you using? The methods of unlocking may be different based on the program you are using.
