Membership Area of Scrapbook-Bytes.

At the beginning of December 2004 (December 10th); Scrapbook-Bytes' downloads will be available on a limited basis in the free area. All others will be in the membership area of our site. All tutorials, forums and galleries will still be accessible in the general members area for sharing and community building.

Please keep in mind we are not charging for the elements themselves; but for the bandwidth and server space that is consumed by posting and archiving these downloads. We have refrained from implementing this resolution for as long as possible, but costs have continued to grow to run the site and there are signs of the growth continuing to grow 10 fold just within the next 6 months at the site.

The membership will include:
*Free compliation CD for members only (hard copy only; no downloads versions; sending January 1, 2005).
*Access to ALL elements posted to the site.
(to the download area only; this does not include the monthly elements team kit in the store)
