I think I would just remove any that are touching her - there are a couple touching her hair, a couple touching the shoulders, and one touching the forearm. To me, the rest would be okay.

I like the amount of the bubbles but I`ve another suggestion: Some of the bubbles are really big. Can you make the biggest ones smaller? I agree to NacyS, the bubbles shouldn`t touch the girl.
