hello everyone.

I've been surfing and downloading from here for a few weeks, and figure its time for me to contribute.

I've been doing "altered book" stuff in Photoshop for years, had no idea there was a site like this.

I have, over the years, ammassed HUNDREDS of files for stuff like this....wallpaper swatches, strange items, you name it. So many I had to install an E drive just to store it all.

I'm a self-taught Photoshop user, starting with version 6, and have recently upgraded to CS. I guess I qualify as a krypto-geek. I have bought or at least tried just about every goffball filter and plug in there is, including some of the high-end packages from Andromeda, Auto FX, & Alien Skin.

I actually tried to upload a file tonight for the first time, but kept getting an "incorrect format" response.

How does one upload element contributions? I only see a member gallery area, not anything specific to elements, much less to thier various categorys. Also, most of the files I've DLed from here are in PNG format, which is fine....but when I tried to upload, I was told that was an incorrect format.

If someone could give me a primer on how to upload elements, I'd really appreciate it.

To upload pictures to your gallery, they need to be less than 125k jpgs
