Ok...so I just recently started submitting to publications...and one of the first ones I submitted was for the Memory Makers call for friends and family pages. So...I got a call today from Shawna at Memory Makers...they want one of my pages!!!!!!!!! WOO FREAKIN HOOO!

Whats even more funny is that she didn't even realize that it was computer generated until I told her...and then she was like You are KIDDING? Those ribbons look so real! *LAUGH* So I can just email her my full res version instead of having to mail my layout to her. woohoo how much fun! This rocks cause I try really hard in my layouts to make them "real" looking!

ANyone else get a call for this one? We can be magazine buddies ahhah

Honestly..I just told her that it was digital and how could I get it to her..and she gave me her email address! *laugh* Maybe she has been dealing with more digital pages lately and so therefore realizies that they need to be able to accept them through email? Who knows. LOL She's even letting me email the idea form I have to sign. Who knows! works for me! I'm so excited.

I know that MM doesn't pay for a layout..but just curious what kind of stuff you got for being published in their magazine? I might just end up selling it all on ebay or something....I honestly have no need for a bunch of paper scrapping supplies I won't use! *laugh*

Oh well...I just want to get my name out there!

Kelly from what I hear, it's definatly ebay"able" stuff if you're not at all a paper scrapper. There might be some papers that you can scan though so be sure and keep those -- but interesting about being able to email them. That's awesome! I'm glad they are changing their policy on that and accepting the digital simplicity!
