Not sure, but I think they would need PS Album to use that.
But instead, if you just take your layouts and then do a Save As and save as a .jpg. Then anybody can view them, just like a photo.

This way I don't have to break up sets when I save them on my computer; yet, I can use different pieces based upon what my keyword search comes up with.

It took a lot of time to assign keywords to everything. However, I feel like I'm now able to use things I forgot I had.

The library has an archive function. This way I can back up my files with the keywords attached. Luckily I did this the other day because something happened and many of the items on my hard drive lost their keywords!

Wow this is a great idea. I have DIP and might try and start using the library. At the moment I keep things in the folders named by where I downloaded them so have to trawl through each to find things but at least this way I can give credit for them! Thanks for the idea Kristi!

Unhappy You guys are sure better than me

I checked my "Elements Downloads" folder a few weeks ago for fun. It was over 10 GIG! And I am sure I have added quite a bit since then. My question is, if you keep kits together, or group by artist, then that kinda puts your creatining "in the box". Cause lets say, this paper from Michelle's kit would look just awesome with this tag from Christine's kit (names just examples) with this particlar fiber from so and so , with this picture. Make any sense? I mean, I started out paper scrapping, and I still paper scrap in addition to just learning digital. In my scraproom (oh yes I have a WHOLE ROOM! ) I just have the pattern paper together, the cardstock together, the embellishments together, etc. If I had to go in there and group them by manufacturer, I think I would cry. Plus, I love to mix SEI paper with KI Memories...with some occasional Doodlebug..etc. Make any sense???? So I am still lost and have no clue how to set this up so I can find things. How fun can it be to look through 10+ gig every time you are looking for something, to make sure you don't overlook that "perfect piece" that would just complete your LO. Make any sense??? So therefore I am still lost.

Ok..this is how I do it. ( just to add to the madness, lol). In my desktop "scrapbook' file, I organize according to themes...seasonal(with subfolders for each season), baby, masculine, feminine, nature, etc. Whenever I have a kit that will work for more than one theme, such as a pink kit that will work with baby or feminine, I add a shortcut that leads to the original folder. This seems to work for me. I do, however, like the idea of printing a sample page for reference. Will get to work on this asap.

I use binder with dividers and index sheets

I have DIP 10 suite and use the Library to print index sheets of all my kits. It will put up to 36 mini images per page and I can add the source and other info about the kit. I put the printed pages in a binder with numbered dividers and a table of contents in the front that matches my computer file sub-folders. I find it quicker to look at hard copies. The folder names I used came from when I organized my ton of paper/sticker supplies from paper scrapping days. Now All MY Supplies are in one binder!!!

The computer and binder categories I use are:
Animals, Baby, Background, Bright Kits, Carnival-Parades, Celebration-Birthday, Children & School, Demins-Metals, Holidays (New Year, Valentines, Easter, Mothers/Father's Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), Medical-Science, Music, Pastels, Seasons (Spring Summer, Fall, Winter), Sports, Vacation, Misc. Wheeww that is a lot but I do find it easier to keep track of what I have.

What do you use the albums for. I did all the keywords yesterday. What is the advantage of putting them in an album now. Thanks Lane
