i discovered the world of digital scrapbooking tonight at Borders while sipping pumpkix spice coffee...i had heard of it before, but never took the time to research...i rushed home avoiding all little trick-or-treators and went to this site...registered...and still have no clue where to begin...so, can someone throw me a bone to satisfy mt curiosity...and get me hooked....thank you bunches....undefined

Hi there and Welcome to SBB!

There will be a new member orientation tonight at 9:30 EST in the chat room which would be a great way to get started. Also, SBB has the School of Scrap (SOS), which provides a free introductory course based on a given Computer Graphics (CG) program. Check the SBB calendar regularly for updates (the new courses are now being formed).

Check out the tutorials section too for great tips (currently undergoing a major update) as well as the forums dedicated to the CG program that you are using. The gallery can provide great inspiration and the elements download area has great freebies.

We also have serveral Challenges and Scrap (and chat) get togethers (listed on the calendar), including the Newbie Challenge Scrap which starts this Tues (11/2) at 10pm EST in the Crop chatroom.
