First make a copy of your LO that is a JPG file, 500 pixels wide and under 125K in size. Then here's how to upload it to the gallery.
  1. go to the gallery and make sure that you're logged in.
  2. Click Upload Photos
  3. If you're doing a challenge or speed scrap, change the category by using the pull down menu next to Choose a category.
  4. Browse to the location of your LO on your hard drive, select your file and click Open
  5. If you'd like to notified when ppl post a comment on your LO change, make to sure to say Yes at the bottom of the form
  6. Click Upload/Submit
  7. On the next page, fill in the information like Title, Program Used, Fonts. Make sure to credit any elements that you used that someone else created (i.e. ribbon by Ronna Penner dowloaded at scrapbook-bytes.com).
  8. Click Process File and your LO is uploaded for the world to see.

HTH! Let us know if you need more info/help.

Thanks Stacy. Now what I have been doing is finding a layout that I like and I tried to duplicate it and then I branch off into some of my own ideas. So the layout that I used as a my 'starting point' should be used in the credit and any elements used. Is this correct?

Thanks for your help. This is so exciting!

Yes, it is called a "Scrap-lift" when you use someone else's layout for inspiration and a starting point. You should give credit to that layout for your inspiration. Remember, imitation (or in this case, scrap-lifting) is the sincerest form of flattery...

Looking forward to seeing your layouts!
