questions

when it says the files must be in level 10 JPEG format is that when you pick the quality size you want a file saved at?

Also, whats the difference between glossy and metallic? Just the brand name paper? Is there any difference in those papers as far as how long the print will last.

Metallic vs. Lustre

Hi Jen - I found this link from Kodak's website (hope it's OK to put it here - if not, I'll remove it)...

Kodak Metallic Paper

It tells you a little about the metallic paper - as well as its stability, etc! I've used it for certain prints and it's pretty awesome - literally has a metallic look to it...but most of my orders are for lustre finish

Hope this helps! Oh, and I don't remember at this moment what the stability of the Fuji pro paper is?

Can you give examples of when you choose to use metallic paper?

Could you give some examples of when you would choose to use the metallic paper and when you would not?

I'd love to understand this better
