Problems with resizing papers for submission

HI,
Hope someone can help me! I am sure this has been posted many times, but I will post anyway...
I would like to submit a kit
The papers are each 3600 x 3600 and 300 pixel per inch.
My problem
1. How do you resize (to submit ) and retain 3600x3600 300ppi?

2. I have used the png and jpeg optimizer, but then when I check the ppi it changed to 118 pixels per cm, is that = 300 ppi?

3. Jpeg or png for the papers?
Using PSP8 and ps7
Darn, thought this would be easier! After downloading so many great elements I wanted to try to submit some.
Thanks!!
Dani

Yes, the 118 pixels per cm is the same as 300 pixels per inch. I always save my papers as jpgs but I don't optimize them. You can save as a jpg as long as you don't have any transparent areas. I save all my elements as pngs. Hope this helps.
