I get a bulletin message that I am not registered . I have a gallery, and just uploaded a layout this moring? Should I log out and re-login or something. Not sure if this is something that happened when the site was upgraded.

nothing you did... many times if the account was not "confirmed" via emial then you have restricted access to certain areas of the site (ie: uploading to the gallery) until the account is confirmed... i'll check into this for you shortly.

Just checked and you are registered... be sure you are accessing the gallery and/or forums via:

http://www.scrapbook-bytes.com/chat/

oppposed to:
http://www.sbbytes.com/chat/
http://www.sbbytes.com/gallery/
