Well, Isabellasmommy...whatever temporary insanity your husband had recently, it just jumped the valley and it's hit my husband. Ahem, not dh. Instead of my actions or brushes getting wiped out...ALL MY FONTS have succumbed! There were nearly 50 different fonts that I lost. Ah, me...sniff.

ONLY 50!!!! girl 50 is not hard to get back LOL i have over 8000
i hope that makes you feel better. when i had computer problems on my old comptuer i coudlnt' get my cd burner to work either. i lost everything fonts, photos, brushes.... everything. it was the photos that hurt the most they were irreplacable

OMG I thought I had a LOT of fonts @ over 4000 haha I take my hat off to you Tanya.
Do you store them all in your ps fonts folder?

i have mine on disk except the ones i use A LOT
and the ones i use ALL THE TIME remain installed the ones i don't use so often but still like to have handy stay in a my documents folder and i manage them with a font manager

Okay, okay, duly shamed. LOL! You're right...50 was not hard to get back. But there are a few that I think I got as a gift for participating in some of the challenges that I can't seem to find without having to [gulp] pay for them. One positive about all this: as I'm browsing sites for the fonts I lost, I'm finding tons more to download, heehee! No kidding...8,000, huh? WOWZA!

I am in the process of sorting out my fonts, using a font manager, and I have the ones I use all the time installed, the ones I use only in photoshop I have in my photoshop fonts folder LOL
I keep adding to my collection because someone has a very kewl font challange every week
