I know this element is Kari's. But, I don't know if I got it from the monthly ezine, a crop, or from the elements section.

I want to know if Kari also created a polka dot paper as I am making a baby layout and think it would work just perfectly! If I knew where I got it, I could look for the paper. I do have a gingham paper that matches the ribbon which I am already using. Can you tell that I need to get organized??!!

If not, does anybody know how to create polka dot paper? I can use PSE 2 or PSP 8.
