Avator chick in DIP7
Anyone know how to create an Avator chick with DIP7. I read on this thread about maybe using the paint brush tool. Anyone have a tutorial for this? I read all of the tutorial stuff on using PSE and PS but I am use to DIP7 and don't have access or don't know how to use my PSE just yet.

The painting tools can be used. You could also use the built in filter "Cut out" for a type of avatar chick.
