Hi Denise,

What is the extension of the unzipped files? Also, what graphics program(s) do you use?

for doing CG layouts, I am using fotofusion (I am just a beginner), it can't open the file........have never run into a problem with this program being able to open images....

my scanner program can't open the file...that program says it has to be x' number of lines to open?? (or something like that).

I have also tried an image viewer (irfanview), i never get a message with that one, it just never opens

looks to me like they are .jpg images, which I why I am stumped.

Hi Denise,

It sounds like the file may be corrupted. Maybe you can contact the person who provided the zip file to see if there are any known problems? Also, did you scan the zipped file for viruses before unzipping it?

I've not ever worked with Fotofusion. I'll have to check this one out!

Denise,

I created the papers that you're having problems with. I just grabbed a copy of the zip file from the Elements section and unzipped it. The resulting .JPG files opened fine for me, but I'm probably not the best person to test it. It could be that your computer had an error when you unzipped the files. In that case, try unzipping it again and see if you still have problems.

If that doesn't help, please PM me with your email address and I would be happy to email you the original .JPG files.

Sorry you're having problems with the files!!
