help with fibers

Ok. I'm new at this. I am using PSE 2 and I'm wondering how you bend the fibers ...like for the end of tags or to bow them a bit for beads etc.

TIA!

This isn't quite what you're looking for but it might be helpful. I recently discover the Shear command, which can help give straight fibers some life. Make sure that your fiber is running vertically on it's own layer and that you're editing that layer. Then select Filters -> Distort -> Shear. A dialog box will pop up and allow you to change the shape of the image on the active layer by adding inflection points to the line in the dialog box. You can add as many points as you like and once added to the line you can click and drag them around to create a more pleasing shape. When you click okay, PSE will apply the settings to your fiber. If you don't like the result undo and the restart the shear command. Your previous settings will be there, so it's easy to adjust to look more like you wanted it to.

Here's one of my LOs that I used this technique on. The ball chains on the right were manipulated this way.

I'm looking forward to hearing how others play with their fibers too!
