Smile New to posting...

I've been visiting this site for over a year now, but I'm only just now realizing that digital sb'ing is not just a 'fad' for me So I thought I'd introduce myself so I can hang out with you all! I've been practicing my digital lo's and I'm getting better... I'm hopeing to be purchase PSE pretty soon here. I've been using a program called MGI Photosuite, and I can get by with it pretty well, but I'm ready to be able to make my own elements and things and to be able to use the tutorials here w/o having to adapt it to my own software.

So anyhoo, my name is Valerie and I'm a 26 yo. SAHM with three kids (two children and one dh). I looooove to do traditional-scrapping and I looooooooove my computer, so I'm really enjoying where digital scrapbooking has gone over the last year.

Hope to get to know all of you! I'll probably upload a few of my lo's later today.

I don't know if we can allow someone with the SN 'paperandscissors' onto our site. JUST KIDDING!

Glad you came out of lurkerdom to share with us! Be sure to post some photos of your babies no matter how big they are.

I'm LeeAndra, one of the HDTMs here, and am a SAHSM to one 14yo gurl and a long distance SM to five gurls ages 6-12. My other kid, DH, works a lot of hours at an aviation tax firm, so I have lots of time to play on my computer and make LOs.

Glad to meetcha and lookin' forward to seeing your LOs soon!

Welcome to our obsession, Valerie! Watch out cause once you get PSE, you'll start thinking of more computer gadget and software that you NEED for digi-scrapping. Looking forward to seeing your LOs.

Welcome, Valerie!
I agree with Stacy with the need for more digi-scrapping things...
Since I've started, I went out and bought myself a scanner, and will not give up my high speed internet. I'm on this site daily, and yes, I'm addicted! LOL
Glad you've decided to join our addiction!

Thanks!

Thank you all for the nice welcome I'm so exicted to finally be posting!

You mean I'll want MORE digi-stuff? Well, let's see, I already have and (over?) use my scanner and we've been using a DSL line for a year now, don't think I'll *ever* be able to give that up. I'd like to purchase some of these image cd's I've seen, with page kits and things. I better make a list!

Welcome to SBB! Being addicted to digital scrapping is the best thing that has happened to me in the last few years. It was a way to heal when my mother passed away, it was something I could do when I was sick and couldn't leave the house, and most importantly I am creating LO's that will bring back some good memories for my children and grandchildren. I am glad you joined us.

Thanks Vivian... what digital sb'ing has done for you, traditional sb'ing has done for me... and now I'm really loving all the creativity in myself that I can put to use with digi-pages. I'm so happy about this!
