Poll: How many of you still do non-digital scrapping?

I started the traditional route, amassed a ton of paper, supplies, and stamps that I never seem to get the hang of...and while I still love the look of my LOs the traditional route, I must admit, I am so much more addicted to checking out this website and seeing what people do digitally these day...I like the idea of hitting that wonderful undo button! But I'm curious whether any of you still do non-digital scrapbooking or whether any of you do quasi-tradiation scrapbooking by developing the layout and then adding non-digital embellishments...Anyway, I gotta say, I love viewing the LOs on this page and attempting the techniques that inspire me, and in turn, I feel like I'm learning some great skills.

What a question!
While I still have all of my paper scrapping paraphenelia, it is packed away for now, while I'm staying at my parents' house. But I haven't used it since probably February, as I become more and more addicted to this site and using my computer. I find that being on the computer, I can scrap with others easier, since no one has to lug around a lot of paper and such.
So, I guess my answer is not near as often as my digital scrapping..... which I guess these days is lacking as well, LOL.

I really stopped paper scrapping long before I found digi-scrapping. One reason was that it was hard for me to scrap with small children in the house. Most of my friends who paper scrap do it at crops or after the kids are in bed. I loved going to crops but I never got that much done. Okay I was talking a lot but I was also stressing about all the little decisions that go into each LO. So mostly I just bought supplies once in a while.

Then I found digi-scrapping and I can leave LO partially done and not worry about paper walking off or my boys finding the scissors. So now I'm at least making progress on scrapping our memories. Of course my friends who paper scrap really don't understand what I am doing. But maybe now that dh bought a laptop, I can go to crops again.

I'm one of those people who bought a lot of supplies to get started from Creative Memories and then didn't know what to do so I went on the net for ideas...found 2peas and kept seeing computer generated layouts and wanted to know more about it. So i found scrapbook-bytes and became hooked this way. As a result, i have never paper scrapped before and have been doing digital scrapping for 6 months and wouldn't know what to do if i had to paper scrap.

I discovered paper scrapping the safe way in the summer of 2002 and had fun going to stores to buy supplies, but I quickly became discouraged that I couldn't manipulate the papers and other embellishments to look the way LOs did on 2 Peas or in CK.

My interest in paper scrapping quickly faded, but I did continue to visit scrapping websites. In February 2003, I happened upon Ali Edwards' All About Me LOs on 2 Peas and found that you could do really cool things on the computer to scrap your photos!

Being the HUGE computer/Internet geek that I am... I started frantically researching how to computer scrap and stumbled upon this site which had just started a few weeks previously. I was fortunate enough to have a student DH who was able to buy an Adobe bundle, including Photoshop 7, for half price at his school, and I haven't stopped digi-scrapping since then!

I gave my papers to my SD14 who makes celebrity scrapbooks because I never intend on trying to paper scrap again!

I am still very much a paper scrapper...although lately due to lack of space (we're renovating!) I have only been digital scrapping. I am going away next weekend for 3 WHOLE DAYS to scrapbook the entire time - it's a scrapbooking retreat called Croptopia and I can't wait!!

I love them both equally...but I must admit digi scrapping is a bit easier - less mess to clean up, especially with 2 young dd's running around!

Great thread!
