Question Printing on cardstock?

Is that what most of you do or do you do photo paper or just regular paper?

I guess I am just confused as to what size to even do, also. I had something printed today on a 8.5x11 cardstock and it has a border.

What kind of paper and what size are you printing if you are doing it through Staples, Kinko's, Office Max or a place like that?

TIA!

I use photo paper because I like the shine. I did do 10 ABC albums about our family for my young nieces and nephews. I did that on cardstock just to save money but the pictures appear dull to me. You will have a border unless you have a borderless printer. I make most of my pages 8.5 x 11 and print at home. There are many ways to print. Search the forum. This topic has been discussed a lot. Hope this helps.

It's all about personal preference... I use photo paper for my scrap pages and cardstock for invitations and various cards. I now scrap 8x8 b/c I like the square look but again, it's all about what YOU like. Just experiment and do what works best for you...
hth...

Personal preference is definitely key here and I think cost is usually the driving factor to most peoples choices. 8 X 8 is fast becoming a popular size as you can print that at home on your own printer. I too like photo paper over cardstock but ultimately the choice is yours.
