DIP users: porcelein effect?

I love this porcelein effect by recent posters. Can we duplicate this effect in DIP? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

i LOVE the porcelain effect!!!
you can recreate this in dip!
there is a plug in filter that you can download free!!
i'll have to go look where i downloaded mine and get back with your!

found the site! it's a xero plug in filter! they have four sets of filters, download all four!! they're great!!! here's the link!

Thanks for the link. I use PSP7 and have been trying to figure out how to do the porcelain effect. I can't wait to try this tomarrow.
