i LOVE the porcelain effect!!!
you can recreate this in dip! there is a plug in filter that you can download free!! i'll have to go look where i downloaded mine and get back with your!

found the site! it's a xero plug in filter! they have four sets of filters, download all four!! they're great!!! here's the link!
