For a few of the speed scraps I have logged on into the chat room but don't get what I am suppose to do. I would like to participate in the one on Friday but I don't know what I am suppose to be doing. I know this sounds so dumb. I quess this is so new to me.

Chelsea these are great questions!

A speed scrap is conducted like this:

* The host posts the link to an ad, sketch or art piece. This is meant to be our inspiration and you may use any aspect of the inspiration as you see fit. For example, if it has 5 pics, you may chose to use 5 photos in a similar layout/cropping style. If the ad features strong geometric lines or torn paper, you too may wish to incorporate these into your layouts. Perhaps the inspiration is of a certain colour scheme - again you may chose to reproduce this in your own layout.

* We have 10 mins to find our photos.

* We then have one hour to make a layout.

* We post our layouts to the challenge photo gallery and let everyone know!
