Help Quick, Quick!!!

Can some one help me...........to do with time zones, EST - stands for Eastern Standard Time?..............so what American Cities are in the Eastern Zone so I can convert New Zealand time to EST - I want to join in the speed scrap tonight...........so I need to know asap!! Please

Hi-

I don't live in the east, but New York is a city in the eastern time zone.

It is currently 8:45 pm in New York right now. Hope that helps.
