I was just looking at your gallery. Beautiful work by the way! I want to ask you about your Walk Beside Me layout. How do you get it to look like that? I do have PSE, so I think I can do it basically the same as PS. Can you tell me what filters, and what settings you use? I've tried this so many times, and it always looks horrible. Everyone should be able to use this on those certain photos. Thanks in advance for your help.

What I did was I used my lasso tool to select my DH and DD, and then I right clicked, and copied to layer, then went back to the bottem layer and used a blur. Filters, Blur, I used the zoom blur on this one.

I have PSE somewhere, I will install it and let you know if it can do it.

Found PSE and installed it.

You can indeed do this with it.

It is under - Filters/Blur/Radial Blur - Change it to zoom and play with the settings until you get something you like.
