I was wondering if anyone knew a quick way to make furry,fuzzy, yarn looking string in photoshop 7? Thanks

Ah ha! The eternal quest...realistic fibers!

Shannon made a great tutorial here:

Also, the EyeCandy plugin has a fur filter. You can create your fiber on a layer just painting a line with a round brush. Then add the filter adjusting the lenth of the hair and the angle etc until you like what you get.

But a lot of people here are on a constant quest to create a more real looking fiber. If you come up with any new techniques, remember to share your pointers!
