SBB Customer service rocks!
Thank you Raechel Knight for the great customer service you gave me the last couple days trying to get my order through! You are the Best! I received a quick response to my intial e-mail then quick follow up e-mails. My problem was resolved with very little trouble on my end,(even though it was caused by me) and I'm sure a lot of trouble on Raechel's end to fix it.
