Well it's done and it seems to be better. The cord is staying much better. I have to say I had to leave the room for a while, because I was going to be sick, after seeing bits and pieces of my new computer scattered all over my kitchen table.

I know it seems like it is fixed, but a new laptop should not need a MB fixed... depending on how new it really is, I would request a replacement laptop.
