You have a few choice son saving your pages. Saving them as teh native PSd format means you can go back and edit the layout at anytime as teh layers will remian intact. PSD files are huge though. You can also save a flattened version in JPG format - thsi is the format to use if you are sending/taking your layouts to be printed by a third party. Save at maximum quality when you save as a jpg.
There are plenty of online places that print scrapbook pages.
Try one of the following though there are many others out there (Im assuming you are in the US though you dont say)

You might also consider printing at 8x8 at home - or you could get 8x8 printed at walmart (just have teh excess from a 8x10 trimmed)
