Amy, I am So Sorry! I would about die. (Ok, I wouldn't literally die, but darn close.) Let me share my backup strategy with you. I backup all of my hard drives every time I turn on the computer and I rotate my back up drives with ones I have in a safe deposit box. I strive for changing weekly so that if anything happened I would only lose a weeks worth of stuff, but I will be honest and say that I tend to switch them about every month. To be absolutely secure I know I should have an additional copy of my stuff in another state (like with a relative), but I haven't gone that far yet.

i tend to sound like a broken record sometime, but online backup rocks! As someone who has gone through a hd crash, it gives an enormous piece of mind....oh, and I still backup to dvd and an ehd, but that is more just habit than anything

I sometimes feel like I have too much stuff but I keep on getting more. I backup to my EHD and also online. I've been using Mozy and liking it. For about $5/month I have unlimited backup. This is great since I can backup my stash, my photos and my design stuff. I would hate to lose anything although not having to tag it all wouldn't be such a bad thing. I'm never caught up.

Thanks. That is a good option to try. First I need to review their security measures.

I started a folder for stuff I thought I wanted to delete, but I couldn't seem to part with. That way it took some of the pressure off. I deleted items that were in there for over 4 months. One kit I remember, I had had since the beginning whe I started digiscrapping, about 3 years, but had never used. And guess what? I wish I would have had it last month! So now I don't delete anything I like! lol
