I went to the registered/free section and after I downloaded 15 sets, it said I couldn't download any more! Will I have to pay to be able to download more, or is it per day?

The download limit is per 24-hour period. After a day, you will be able get another 15 downloads. You might want to consider subscribing to SBB because you will then have unlimited downloads as well as access to the subscriber's downloads (and there are a LOT). Glad you've joined us here at SBB! Yes, there is a download limit per day but you will be able to download 15 more tomorrow. If you become a paid subscriber you have unlimited access plus the subscriber downloads that is filled with more freebies. If you decided to become a subscriber I believe it's $10-$15 which you can pay though your user cp under subscriptions.
