Does anyone else have trouble getting these or is it just me?? I try to get it but every time I end up getting a message that authorization is required.

are you copying and pasting the username and code from your email? Sometimes I've had problems when I copy and paste it sometimes adds an extra space to it. Try to type in the username and code and see if that helps

Yes, if you copy and paste make sure not to get any spaces in there. Sometimes you've got to type it in there to to get it to work. Be sure to let us know if you get it to work.
