LOl Sarah - pregnancy was the first thing I thought of! Fibroids and ovarian cysts can cause similar symptoms to pregnancy - including the nausea and fatigue so if your blood results dont show anything you migt want to go back to your ObGyn.
I had mono as a teenager and it was incrediby exhausting so Im crossing my fingers for you that you are pregnant instead! Let us know!
