I used to do it for Digital Image Pro, converting them to PNGs. It really does make things a lot more versatile.

It does, & everywhere online people say it isn't possible to do. Yes, it is. Although it requires more work, I think it is worth it, if I want a killer brush set.

I got some cool facial ones today. I don't know if you read or not, but my cancer from 18 years ago is likely back, so right now I have no eyebrows. Thanks to these brushes, I will have eyebrows, full facial make up, and hair if I ever lose that.

There are a ton of cool brushes on deviantart (mods feel free to delete this portion if against rules) I am browsing right now, downloading, then converting.

Getting more and more into photo manipulation to use in connection with my layouts I do.

Gotta love ABRVIEWER!

I have heard of the ABRviewer but have never checked it out. Didn't realize it could also convert brushes to PSP bursh format. I always would turn them into a PNG file in PS and then take them into PSP brushes.

Hoping your repeat battle with cancer is met with success. The brushes look so realistic. It is heart touching that you have a positive outlook and a bit of a sense of humor (using the brushes to repair the damage resulting from treatment.) Don't think I could be near as upbeat sounding but know that a positive spirit helps to heal the body. Be strong and wishing you victory.

Actually it doesn't do the work, it just opens the .abr file, so you can make the brushes yourself.

If anyone would like me to write a tutorial on it, I can. I have written many tutorials in the past.

It can only export them as .png files that you can then later turn into brush tips for PSP. Most of the older brushes are too small/pixelated to use effectively for our needs anyhow since they are created at approximately 72ppi.

I used abrviewer a few times but just left the Photoshop brushes as Png's instead of turning them into PSP brush tips.
