Sorry for being a question pest today! I did a search of the tutorials here and didn't see anything on blending. I would like to know how do I get rid of the harsh edges of a photo I am blending into a layer. I want to learn how to make the edges fade away bit by bit (like it does in a vignetting). I use photoshop cs2.

I appreciate any and all help!

I have a tutorial on my site about blending photos, but I'm not sure if it's what you mean. I use gradients with layer masks and then touch it up with a brush. It's here:
