Viovio is just as good as Shuttefly but a whole lot cheaper! Plus at the 8.5x8.5 size they have a soft cover option. And in that size there is also the option to create your own wrap around cover. When I did a vacation book this past August I used a panoramic shot for the front cover - came out looking awesome!

Here is an example of prices at Vivoio:

$10 = 20 page softcover
$15 = 40 page softcover
$20 = 60 page soft cover or a 20 page hardcover

I did a 100+ page hardcover babybook with Viovio this past spring and saved $70 over the cost at Shutterfly.
