Unhappy Help with AV. Bros

Hi! I haven't been around in a while but I am trying to get back into the swing! I have scrapped 14 pages this weekend and I am almost caught up! Anyway... I could use a little help. I am trying to make a film strip look like it is wavy, almost blowing in the wind, but I can't seem to make it happen. I have the AV. Bros curling filter but I can only figure out how to curl the corners or the top. Is there a way to curl it throughout? I use PSE4. Thanks! I would appreciate any advice or tips on this. I have had a terrific weekend catching up and I can't wait to have time to enjoy the galleries and forums again. This is my last one for the weekend!

I don't know that it would be easy to do it with AV Bros. I know you can add extra curls or bends and you could alternate the curls up or down and do a small radius so that it doesn't curl all the way around and it might do small waves. PSCS or higher I know you can use Shear and that would definitely make it wavy. Not sure if it would be in PSE4, but if it is I would use that over AV Bros. If it is it woudl probably be under filters and distort but I really don't know Elements.

Supposedly you can use the AV Bros pro to do multiple curls like in curly ribbons - I've played around the demo version, but I'm not having much luck. Maybe I need to play with the shear filter along with it.
